From Qinghai Kingho Group (Correspondent: Song Ruilin) Recently, the Property Office of Coal Chemical Company, Qinghai Kingho Group organized the Year-end Vendor Work Summary & "Civilized Merchants" Evaluation Conference. Xu Yangxin, deputy manager of the Coal Chemical Company, Lv Junjie, director of office, Hu Degang, deputy head of Guard Office and responsible persons from 11 vendors attended the meeting.
    First, Song Ruilin, head of Property Office,summarized the vendor operation and management work in 2012 and plan such work for 2013. Hu Degang reported on the vendor safety and fire prevention work in 2012 and Lv Junjie put forward advice and suggestions on employee demands.
    Finally, Xu Yangxin made a conclusive speech. He pointed out that, vendors had strived to provide good services actively in the last year, which basically satisfy the demands of most employees and won good evaluation. According to the current business situations of 11 vendors, Xu made the following requests: 1. Two restaurants shall intensify health management, regard restaurant health as important work and strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China and Measures on Management of Vendors issued by the Company. 2. Three supermarkets should pursue excellent quality and reasonable price, keep complete varieties of products, and display products in an orderly way; All goods shall be marked with price in an explicit way; 3. Clients of netbars shall be treated politely and be asked to log on to internet in a civilized way and they may not engage in gambling by means of online games or any other means. 4. The staff members in the medical room shall observe medical ethnics, practice medicine in a civilized way and strictly abide by laws, rules and regulations including Pharmaceutical Administration Law of the People's Republic of China and Measures on Management of Vendors and they may not use the drugs with quality issues such as expiry and efficacy.
    Finally, according to the evaluation in the Questionnaire on Satisfaction of Vendors acquired and in combination with operation conditions in the previous year, " Taurus Supermarket" and "Xiaoshen Barbershop" are evaluated as "civilized merchants" of the Coal Chemical Company in 2012.
    This conference fully embodied the concepts of "servicing front line and staff members" for logistics management of the Coal Chemical Company, effectively maintained the interests of employees and accumulated experience for the provision of excellent logistics services followed.
